Research direction

Start with the vc4 validate_tile_binning_config entry point named in the kernel log, then reproduce video playback on the Raspberry Pi 3 with the listed kernel, Kodi, and config.txt settings. Confirm the allocation errors during playback and use successful movie watching without those errors as the completion criterion.
