Research direction

Start with the reported USB_MSD_PWR_OFF_TIME setting and compare the Raspberry Pi 3 USB-boot failure with the successful SD-card boot and later USB mounts. The issue names no source file or test, and completion criteria are not defined beyond identifying why the USB stick cannot enumerate during boot.

Description

Rpi3 suddenly cant boot from USB stick with error unable to enumerate USB device.
I can boot from SD card and mount that USB stick filesystems with no problems and errors.

I found out that maybe setting right value
USB_MSD_PWR_OFF_TIME
can Solve problem - but I dont know how?

This is not a problem w power supply because after succesful SD card boot I can attach USB stick and 2 SSD disk (one with own power supply)

Maybe it is something with Raspian update because SDcard have no updates from month and USB stick was updated daily
