Research direction

Start by comparing this report with issue #2538 and reviewing the listed Linux 5.10.4-v7l+ and Raspberry Pi system details. Reproduce torrenting through transmission-daemon to a connected USB drive under heavy network load and capture the panic output; done means the panic cause is isolated and a verified kernel fix is identified.

Description

Describe the bug
Under heavy network load I get a kernel panic not syncing. Happens when torrenting a file via transmission-daemon to an connected usb-drive. Seems similar to issue #2538. Tried rpi-update, but the issue is reproducable
