Description
Databricks Serverless AI environment has cupy-cuda12x, which cannot be uninstalled, and using RAPIDS CUDA 13 wheels throws up an error on the AI v5 environment.
Updating to cupy-cuda13x should solve this issue and will upgrade to CUDA 13
