Description
Maybe it's a part of a quake functionality but I'm interested if it's possible to make rio hide in the menu bar so it's not in the "cmd tab" rotation.
Personally I have the terminal openned all the day and I invoke the terminal with a shortcut, so I don't need to return to the terminal using cmd + tab.
The way I see it right now is to have a memu icon that if clicked shows last window / if no windows spawns a new one.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by finding Rio's macOS window and application lifecycle entry point, then determine how menu-bar presence, Cmd-Tab participation, window reopening, and spawning a window should be verified; done means the requested menu-bar behavior works without breaking normal terminal windows.
