Description
Part of #822 (ADR-0250). Add a `suse` `FamilyCustomizer` (zypper, `kdump`/`kexec-tools`/`makedumpfile`/`drgn`, dracut, `/etc/sysconfig/kdump`, SELinux/AppArmor in `normalize`) and two openSUSE entries: **Tumbleweed** (rolling, newest makedumpfile — a 2nd kdump-capable entry for bleeding-edge kernels) and **Leap 15.6**. Source from openSUSE cloud/JeOS qcow2s. Live-prove each lifecycle; Tumbleweed should kdump-capture current kernels, Leap discloses the incomplete-core remediation where its makedumpfile lags.
