Description
Overview of roadmap item
We currently support Terraform for Radius Recipes, and we’ve heard consistently from customers that this is a key enabler for them and eases adoption of Radius. However, we do not have a Terraform Provider, which means we only support Radius resource definitions using Bicep.
This item is to enable deeper Terraform integration in the form of a Terraform Provider that allows users to define resources using Terraform IaC.

Research direction
No files, tests, entry points, or concrete implementation tasks are named. Start by clarifying the provider's scope and integration boundaries, then identify the relevant Radius and Terraform repositories; the work is done when users can define Radius resources through a supported Terraform provider.
