Description

0.41 installs dapr helm chart by default (ref: https://github.com/radius-project/radius/issues/8032).

Dapr has specific instructions for setting up EKS. We must update eks creation references, if any, in our docs so that they are compatible with

https://docs.dapr.io/operations/hosting/kubernetes/cluster/setup-eks/#add-dapr-requirements-for-sidecar-access-and-default-storage-class

Research direction

Search the documentation for references to creating or setting up EKS clusters, then compare those steps with Dapr's EKS requirements at the linked setup page. Done means the documented EKS setup is compatible with Dapr 0.41, including the required sidecar access and default storage class configuration.
