Description
The example in the documentation
(include-template #:command-char #\$ "dollar-static.html")
doesn't work in #lang racket/base out-of-the-box. One needs to also (require (for-syntax racket/base)). It might be helpful to include this in the documentation.

Research direction
Find the documentation page containing the include-template example and reproduce it under #lang racket/base. Verify the example needs (require (for-syntax racket/base)), then update the documentation to include that requirement so the example works out of the box.
