Description

https://github.com/racket/typed-racket/blob/63e8510e18774a58ae104f7343e1acc3596cff7b/typed-racket-lib/typed-racket/base-env/base-env-numeric.rkt#L1349

This type should include (-> Integer Fixnum Fixnum) and not (commutative-binop -Fixnum -Int).

This is not currently a soundness issue, just a silly type that should be tweaked.
