Description

Just as (define-type (ListofBoxes A) (Listof (Boxof A))) works, it seems like (define-new-subtype (ListofBoxes A) (Listof (Boxof A))) should also work.

Research direction

Start by locating the implementation of define-new-subtype and comparing it with the existing define-type handling for polymorphic types. Use the ListofBoxes and Boxof examples as the target behavior, and consider the work complete when the define-new-subtype form accepts the analogous polymorphic definition.
