Description

In Racket, there are many things that are defined in one place (like prop:procedure) where you'd like to see what structs implement them. Is this a new kind of scope? Is this just a feature of Scribble?

Research direction

Start by determining whether extending scope for definitions such as prop:procedure belongs in Rhombus or Scribble. Review how the issue's proposed view of structs that implement a property would fit the existing scope model. Done requires a settled design for the new scope behavior and its ownership.
