Description
It would be nice to be able to replace:
(define-for-syntax (combine-prop b a)
(if a (if b (cons a b) a) b))
(syntax-property
stx
'disappeared-use
(combine-prop
id1
(combine-prop
id2
(syntax-property stx 'disappeared-use))))
with:
(syntax-property-update
stx
'disappeared-use
id1 id2)
or something along this line.

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the existing syntax-property API and its tests, then compare their behavior with the proposed syntax-property-update example. Done should include a decided update signature and semantics for combining the existing property with id1 and id2, along with coverage for the resulting property.
