Description
8.17
On color schemes tab, click on something like "white on black". Observe that the background changes to black. Then without closing the window, click on "undo changes and close".. nothing happens, it stays black.
It should make it white again if it is undoing the change.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in DrRacket 8.17 by selecting “white on black” in the Color Schemes tab, then choosing “undo changes and close” without closing the window. Trace the Color Schemes tab's undo action; done means the background returns to its original color and the window closes.
