Description
In the "Language selection" window (Ctrl+L), the drop-down menu "Submodules to execute" cannot be activated via the tab key or the arrow keys. The focus jumps directly from "Impose constant definitions" to "Other languages" (with tab) or "Constructor" (with the down arrow).

Open the Language selection window with Ctrl+L and reproduce the focus movement with Tab and the arrow keys. Trace the window's implementation and ensure the “Submodules to execute” drop-down is reachable in the expected order between “Impose constant definitions” and “Other languages” or “Constructor”.
