Description

Selecting text and using the "Racket|Uncomment" menu item does nothing on Linux with Wayland and GTK3. With PLT_GTK2=1 set, it works correctly.

Research direction

Reproduce the failure in DrRacket on Linux with Wayland and GTK3 by selecting text and using the "Racket|Uncomment" menu item; compare it with the working behavior when PLT_GTK2=1 is set. Done means the menu item uncommenting selected text works under the reported Wayland/GTK3 configuration.
