Research direction
Start by reproducing the DrRacket launch on FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE with Racket CS 8.0 and inspect which GTK+ 2.x and GTK+ 3 components are loaded. Done means DrRacket starts without the reported GTK error; the issue does not name files or tests to guide the investigation.
