Description
Consider this module:
#lang racket
(class object%
(super-new)
(struct bad (value))
(bad-value (bad 0)))
(struct good (value))
(good-value (good 0))
If you mouse over value in the second struct defintion, drracket will draw an arrow from value to good-value but it will not draw an arrow from the value field of the first struct definition to the occurrence of the bad-value accessor.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the provided module in DrRacket and compare the identifier arrows for the struct defined inside the class with those for the top-level struct. Done means the class-local field occurrence connects to its accessor, with renaming behavior matching the top-level case.
