Research direction
Start by reproducing the DrRacket startup failure on Windows 10 Insider Preview 16179.1000 with both 32-bit and 64-bit Racket distributions. Compare whether the Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap still occurs; the issue is resolved when DrRacket starts successfully or the failure is narrowed to a specific distribution and environment.
