Description
ideas:
- allow wildcards in field names (ex: adding
params_*would be equivalent to adding all fields starting with that pattern) - when adding an object, add all its subfields
- support more types as subfields (dates, maybe ip)
- support indexing only a part of a json field
- some form of indexing of path in json documents?

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. Start by locating the concatenate-fields implementation and its tests, then clarify which of the listed wildcard, object, type, JSON-part, and JSON-path behaviors are in scope; done would require an agreed scope and corresponding tests.
