Description

In the ES response, we return hits such as:

{
        "_index": "generated-logs",
        "_source": {
          // all fields there
        },
        "fields": {
          // again all fields there
        }

So, we end up returning twice the same data.

ES default behavior is to return only the _source. You can ask for fields (docvalue_fields, script_fields, stored_fields) in the request.
