Description
Some might be familiar with the daily rolling indices in elasticsearch, this feature makes sense in elasticsearch but this is an anti-pattern in quickwit.
The best is to have on index, it's ok to have few ones if you need different retention periods or if you need to change doc mapping, but no daily indexes.

Research direction
Locate the multi-index search documentation and read the surrounding guidance on index usage. Add a note explaining that daily rolling indices are an anti-pattern in Quickwit, with limited exceptions for retention or mapping changes, then verify that the documentation renders correctly.
