Description

When sorting by a multivalued fast, we currently only sort by the first value.
Elasticsearch has a sort mode feature that makes it possible to sort by min/max/etc.

No user has requested this yet, so this is low priority for the moment.

Research direction

Start by locating the multivalued fast sorting implementation and its existing tests, then review how Elasticsearch sort modes such as min and max are defined. Done means sorting can select the requested mode instead of always using the first value, with coverage for the supported modes.
