Description
The indexing pipeline supervisor periodically sends an observation message to all actors of the pipeline.
It was judged too frequent for the multi-index pipeline, and raised to a 10s interval.
Unfortunately the CI relies on these observation to produce some output, and it shows some gaps in the stdout output.
Possible solution: rely on prometheus counters.
