Description
Services like Docker and K8s send a SIGTERM signal to the containers to gracefully shut down.
When benchmarking we observe that Quickwit does not do this and instead continues until it is forcefully killed.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the shutdown behavior in a Docker or Kubernetes container and trace Quickwit's signal-handling entry point. Confirm that SIGTERM initiates graceful shutdown rather than allowing the service to continue until forcefully killed.
