Description
I found that logs are generally noisy when you are using the CLI commands, except for quickwit run, quickwit ingest, and quickwit merge.
We could have a verbose command to show them.
There is at least one piece of information that I want to know when running the CLI: which metastore I'm hitting.

Research direction
Start by tracing logging setup for the CLI commands, comparing quickwit run, quickwit ingest, and quickwit merge with the other commands. The work is done when nonessential command logs are suppressed, a verbose option exposes them, and the metastore being used remains visible.
