Description

Hi.

After reading the documentation it is not clear for me, how upgrade and downgrade processes should be performed over Quickwit. Could you please describe somewhere in the documentation:

  • How to upgrade Quickwit to the newer version (hopefully with no downtime)
  • How to downgrade Quickwit to the older version (hopefully with no downtime)
  • Maybe some compatibility policies and notes between versions

Thanks in advance!

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing Quickwit documentation and deployment guidance to identify where upgrade, downgrade, and version compatibility information belongs. Verify the documented procedures and downtime assumptions, then cover the requested upgrade and downgrade paths, compatibility policies, and relevant version notes.
