Description
That could be quite misleading for users who have randomly set this environment variable.
We probably want to hardcode it to the number given by num_cpus available.

Research direction
Search the codebase for RAYON_NUM_THREADS, num_cpus, and the search thread-pool setup, then inspect how the pool size is selected. Confirm that the pool size is based on the available num_cpus value rather than the environment variable, and run the relevant search or thread-pool tests if present.
