Description
Is your feature request related to a problem?
The SQL would change config prop value in-memory. The tricky part is persistence of the changed props (we could store changed config on disk) and mixing SQL and file-based config prop changes, so this is a draft idea.
SET PARAMETER 'pg.recv.buffer.size' = 1024;
