Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently, we print a few warnings like FS support status and too low kernel limits in the server log when the server starts. We should expose these statuses/warnings in Web Console UI, so that it's more visible to users. On the server side we could add a field(s) to the GET /settings endpoint, so that Web Console can fetch it.
