Research direction

Start by reading the DataFrames.jl DataAPI.crossjoin definition and reviewing Query.jl's existing macro APIs. Determine how a Cartesian product of rows should fit Query.jl and what @crossjoin interface is appropriate. Done means the functionality is implemented with coverage for the stated crossjoin behavior.
