Description
It seems like the LaTeX enumitem package breaks when I try to insert a code block, e.g.:
\begin{enumerate}
\item An example
```{julia}
println("hello world")
```
\end{enumerate}

Research direction
Reproduce the supplied LaTeX example with an enumerate item containing a Julia code block, then trace Quarto's LaTeX rendering path to isolate the enumitem interaction. Done means the example renders successfully with enumitem enabled and the code block remains intact.
