Description
Does quarto support converting custom mime-types to pdf? Maybe something like preprocessors in nbconvert?
Currently if I have a custom mime-type it just returns the object type in PDF and Docx formats.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the custom MIME-type output described in the issue for PDF and DOCX, then read the linked nbconvert custom-preprocessors documentation for a possible comparison. The issue names no Quarto file or test entry point; done means custom MIME objects render as their intended content instead of showing the object type in both formats.
