Referenced LaTeX table placed in {.column-margin} causes render error

Bug description

When surrounding the working example in this comment

https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/discussions/6734#discussioncomment-6919437

with :::{.column-margin} it no longer renders to PDF.
