The JSON parser we ship is slow. It's serviceable, but it takes about 0.75s.

@has2k1 had a cool idea: We can use a trick like this to save a Lua object as immediate bytecode http://lua-users.org/wiki/LuaCompilerInLua.

We should totally do this.
