Research direction
Start by reproducing the example page at https://pipme.github.io/posts/2023-06-11-Quarto-tips/index-gist.html in mobile Chrome and compare it with the desktop view. Trace the generated page layout for the table of contents and links to revealjs, PDF, and other formats; done means both remain discoverable and usable in mobile view.
