Revealjs: Rows entering after the pause are ignored by the plot size and pushed out of the screen

Bug description

If the following slide displays text below the plot, setting a pause in front of the plot will push the text off the screen (page1).

Start by rendering the provided sample .qmd with Quarto and compare page1, which pauses before the plot, with page2. Trace the Revealjs slide sizing behavior for rows entered after a pause. Done means text below the paused plot remains visible rather than being pushed off-screen.
