Crossreferencing "Remark" environment doesn't follow language

I have:

• searched the issue tracker for similar issues
• installed the latest version of Quarto CLI
• formatted my issue following the Bug Reports guide

Hello,

The translation for "Remark" in portuguese is fine and working properly, however, when I try to reference a #rem environment, it's no longer written in portuguese. The same happens in spanish.

I'm crossreferencing a @rem-example (remark) here. It writes "Remark 1.1" Instead of "Comentário 1.1", which is the intended behavior. This also happens in the languages (as far as I've tested) pt and es.
