Description
Reprex: create a shortcode extension test-param:

['test-param'] = function(args, kwargs, meta, raw_args, context)
return pandoc.Str("Hello from Test-param! " .. context .. " " .. kwargs.key)

Test it:

As a block:

As an inline: {{< test-param key="21x9" >}}
As text: `{{< test-param key="21x9" >}}`
Output: note "21x9" in text contexts as opposed to 21x9 in inline and block contexts.
