Description

Currently, the documentation details the authors and affiliations schemas in two different places:

The two pages don't have the same level of details and clarity though. The front matter page has some sections that are more detailed but less clear in my opinion (e.g. the role section; see #10663). I'd suggest to regroup the common information on these pages in a single place to make it easier for the reader. Or at least clarify the role section on the front matter page with the text and examples of the /journals/authors one.
