An Observable plot in the second tab of a .tabset in a dashboard doesn't appear.

The plot will appear if the window is resized.

Steps to reproduce

format: dashboard
---

## Row {.tabset}

```{ojs}
Plot.rectY({length: 10000}, Plot.binX({y: "count"}, {x: d3.randomNormal()})).plot()
```

```{ojs}
Plot.rectY({length: 10000}, Plot.binX({y: "count"}, {x: d3.randomNormal()})).plot()
```
Expected behavior

The plot in the second tab should display.
