Description
We should auto-create a project when a share link has a missing project (and we should auto-populate the project name as well.)

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by tracing the share-link handling flow and the path taken when its project is missing. Done means that path creates a project and auto-populates its name; add or update coverage if the existing flow has tests.
