Currently, Qdrant supports structured filtering through conditions like Match, Range, MatchAny, and others. However, there is no support for regex-based filtering, which could be highly beneficial for users who need to perform pattern matching within payload data.
Proposed Implementation
Introduce a new filter condition (e.g., MatchRegex) that accepts a regex pattern. The implementation could leverage existing regex libraries in supported programming languages to ensure compatibility and performance.
