Description

grpcio requirement should be optional, because grpcio is not compatible with 3.13t, and grpc isn't required (though it is nice)

recommend switching to https://github.com/python-trio/purerpc, or possibly having that as an option

Research direction

Start by locating how the grpcio requirement is declared and how the client uses grpc, then check the Python 3.13t installation path. Determine whether grpcio can be optional without breaking supported client behavior, and compare the proposed purerpc alternative before validating the dependency changes against the test suite.
