Description
I just got an idea, that old runs might display a warning header that says something like: This is an old archived course. It's here as a historical reference. See current runs for more up to date materials.
This might happe either, :
- automatically
- when info.yaml says so
- when link.yaml says so
Toughs?

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. First resolve whether archive status should be automatic or come from info.yaml or link.yaml; done means archived runs show a warning identifying them as historical and directing readers to current runs.
