Description
Based on discussion in https://github.com/pyvec/naucse.python.cz/pull/540 it seems that we care about privacy and adding a guide to disable VS Code telemetry was a must.
To be fair, Atom also collects user data, although apparently by free software tooling with limited scope. The collection can be disabled.
We should probably mention this the same way as we did in https://github.com/pyvec/naucse.python.cz/pull/540.

Research direction
Start by reviewing pull request #540 and the existing VS Code telemetry guidance to find the documentation location and wording pattern. Add the corresponding note about Atom metrics and how to disable them, then verify that the linked Atom resources and rendered documentation are correct.
