Description
🚀 The feature
It seems like CocoDetection() and CocoCaptions() are identical(same) according to the experiments which I did and the source code. *CocoDetection() is just renamed to CocoCaptions() by extending CocoDetection().
Motivation, pitch
So, CocoDetection() and CocoCaptions() should be replaced with MSCoco().

Research direction
Start by reviewing the CocoDetection() and CocoCaptions() implementations in torchvision/datasets/coco.py, especially the linked source for CocoCaptions. Determine whether replacing both public dataset entry points with MSCoco() is compatible with the existing API and identify the documentation or references that would need updating. Done means the proposed replacement scope and compatibility behavior are established.
