Description
🚀 The feature
Add pre-trained weights for MaskRCNN with "ResNet101 + FPN" backbone
Motivation, pitch
I wanted to use the pre-trained weights of the maskrcnn method with "resnet101+fpn" backbone, but it seems that only "resnet50+fpn" as backbone is provided.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing MaskRCNN ResNet50+FPN pre-trained weights entry point and compare it with the requested ResNet101+FPN backbone. Determine how the weights are obtained and validated for object detection and instance segmentation. Done means the ResNet101+FPN weights are available through the project’s existing model interface and pass the relevant validation checks.
