Start at the torchvision.datasets.Kinetics entry point and reproduce the example with download=True using the reported versions. Inspect how the dataset locates class files and handles the supported avi and mp4 extensions. Done means the example can download or recognize valid Kinetics files without raising the reported FileNotFoundError.
