Description

🚀 The feature

C++ compiling torchvision is too troublesome. After debugging for 3 days, I haven't found the problem. Since libtorch can solve the C++ installation problem of torch, why does torchvison not provide an interface such as libtorchvison and package compiled code?

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing torchvision's existing C++ build and packaging entry points, then clarify the supported interface and distribution requirements for compiled code. Done should include an agreed scope and a reproducible C++ installation path.
